DESCRIPTION: BOYSEN® WoodPrime™ is an acrylic water- based primer designed for application onto interior wooden substrates. It is low in odor and is formulated to have better tannin resistance.
SERVICE CONDITION: Tannin may still appear after one coat of BOYSEN® WoodPrime™ B-180. However, it will not migrate to the top coat.
It is best to refrain the use of the product on high-friction areas such as fixtures and furniture.
Stir well before using. Close container and wash painting tools in soapy water immediately after use.
DRY TIME:
Touch: 30 minutes
Recoat: 24 hours

SURFACE PREPARATION:
Wooden Surfaces
Surface to be painted should be clean and dry, free from dust, dirt, and other foreign matter. Hammer all nails deep enough to apply putty. Sand rough wood until smooth and then dust off before painting.
For repainting, scrape off all loose, scaling, flaking, and peeling paint manually or by using BOYSEN® Paint and Varnish Remover B-141, as necessary. Wash surfaces clean and completely remove chemical residue. Let it dry.
